As a logical continuation of the consolidation announced in my recent posts, I performed in October a comprehensive update in form (settings) and content (backups) of my "dedicated Mailfolios" at each web service level (1 to 3), with a view to the upcoming material and technical reconfiguration, considering that the email identifier, together with the web server to which the first provides access, constitute as you know the baseline for the permanent optimization of all secured networking activity.

This consolidation required the creation of a "GMX Mail" account (previously known as "CaraMail" [4 à 6]) for the bundling of such European newsletters whose purpose and contents do not specifically fit into any one of my other Mailfolios, which makes GMX the European equivalent of the US-based "Yahoo! Mail" platform, namely: a "webmail-based Extrafolio" dedicated to the management of newsletter-like contents (for as long as such information services will be provided).

It should be reminded here that while "Yahoo! Mail" and "Yahoo! Groups (7)" served - as early as 2014 and 2015 respectively - as the reference benchmarks in matters of collaborative social messaging, which was supposed to enable interested users to participate free-of-charge, "ProtonMail (8)" will be the new professional benchmark during the upcoming production phase, with a view to the development of a dedicated master-franchise-sustained webmail solution which will embark of guarantees of conceptual integrity that are logically still missing in messaging tools at all levels.

It is further interesting to note that since the recent acquisition of Yahoo! (9) by Apollo Global Management, "Yahoo! Mail" - considered as an international Extranet+ webmail solution - is no longer under the supervision of Verizon Media (10) at the Externet+ level, and that the "Qwant Mail" project is still in draft form (11 & 12).
